Cherie Pettit
Chief
Operations Officer, IT
Director
cpettit@matlaw.com
Cherie is a Certified Software Trainer/Consultant who has trained hundreds of MatLaw Customers in how to get maximum benefit from our MatMasterTM program.. In addition to being our in-house LAN Administrator and IT Manager, she also provides Technical Support for our customers and participates in the Programming Input and Functionality Development of our program and manages our MATLAW.COM web site. Basically, if it plugs in, modems in, lights up or boots up, Cherie's the TechSupport of choice!
When she's not at her desk helping our customers, or at a Microsoft-sponsored event, you'll probably find her taking a "mental health break" by riding her motorcycle along the highways and byways of upstate New York. But even then, her laptop and cell phone are kept close at hand.
So, if you have any questions about our MatMaster2000TM, just give Cherie a call at 1-518-274-4143. You'll be amazed at how responsive she is to your needs and be dazzled by her ability to cut through the confusing "geek-speak" to answer your questions in plain English.
